- Prepare all of your ingredients. It is good to chop chocolate bars into smaller pieces as they will definitely melt much faster.
- For the chocolate ganache prepare a double boiler.
- As you see in the images or the video attached above, melt crushed chocolate first.
- Once the chocolate is melted halfway, add a coconut oil steering regularly. Let it melt, until both of the ingredients combine.
- Once everything is fully melted and combined, place aside and let the chocolate sauce cool down to room temperature mixing it regularly.
- Once your melted chocolate has cooled down, you can prepare everything for strawberry dipping. Try to pick a tall glass which is not so wide.
- Once you're ready to dip your strawberries, take them out of the refrigerator, and using a kitchen towel make sure they're dry all around.
- Gently dip the strawberry three-quarter way into the chocolate and slowly take it out of the glass.
- Let the remaining chocolate drip back into the glass jar and place the strawberry to harden either on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or if you have used barbecue wooden sticks into the tall glass or a vase.
- If you're planning to use additional toppings or decorations, sprinkle that immediately after dipping the strawberries as that is the time when the chocolate is not yet fully hardened and all of the additional toppings will stick onto the chocolate and hardens together.

CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
This is the simplest version of chocolate covered strawberries I know. Paraffin was originally used instead of shortening. Turn the strawberries upside down and insert by the toothpicks into a piece of styrofoam for easy cooling, or simply place them on a sheet of wax paper. White chocolate may be drizzled over the milk chocolate for a fancier look. They are perfect for weddings when decorated with frosting bow ties, bells, butterflies, roses, etc.
