HUSBAND'S DELIGHT

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
• In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the tomatoes with juice, salt and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
• In a separate medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese and onion and mix well. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place half of the egg noodles, then all of the meat mixture, then the cream mixture. Top with the remaining noodles and sprinkle with the cheese.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.

• Mix together the flour, 1/2 cup pecans and butter. Put into bottom and sides of glass casserole and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool. • Put into a 3-quart casserole dish a layer of noodles and meat, then a layer of cheese mixture.
• Add the last of meat and noodle mixture.
• Last of all add grated cheese.

Drain noodles; stir into sauce. Pour half the beef mixture into a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray., In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Spread over beef mixture. Top with remaining beef mixture., Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
