ICE CREAM & OREO VEGAN-ISH MUG CAKE
Here's a recipe for the easiest, speediest and quite possibly the tastiest mug cake recipe EVER !

Steps:
- Firstly, mix together the flour and melted ice cream and ensure it is completely combined.
- Add the crushed Oreo's and stir a little more to cover the Oreo's.
- Pop the mixture in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. Depending on the strength of your microwave, it will need between 1-2 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly and add a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of more crushed Oreo's on top. This is purely optional but highly recommended! Enjoy :)

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9-10 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a food processor, grind the Oreos into a fine flour. Pour the ground Oreos into a bowl and add in the melted butter. Stir everything together to combine.
- Pour the Oreo/butter mixture into your prepared pie pan and use your hands to spread the mixture evenly on the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Press the mixture firmly to make it compact.

- Press the extra Oreo into the centre of the cake and cover with batter. Microwave for 1 minute on full power (based on an 1100 watt microwave) until there doesn't appear to be any raw batter left. Enjoy!
