3 tablespoon oregano (dried)
2 tablespoon basil (dried)
2 tablespoon rosemary (dried)
2 tablespoon thyme (dried)
2 tablespoon marjoram (dried, or 1 tbsp ground)

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container or jar.
  • If you're using a freshly washed jar or container, make sure it is completely dry. Dry it with a towel, then leave it upside down on a dish rack for an hour. Any moisture left over can compromise your blend.

  • Before using, place your desired amount into a mortar & pestle and grind for 2 minutes to release the flavors.
