- In a small pot, heat chicken soup.
- In a small bowl, combine gelatin and water and stir it into the heated soup. Blend mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion, and celery into the soup mixture. Add chicken and continue mixing. Refrigerate overnight.

- Melt butter in Dutch oven or small stockpot on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Add chicken, thyme and pepper; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add cornstarch; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in chicken broth; bring just to boil. Cook 1 to 2 min or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add shredded cheese and cream cheese spread; stir until melted.

AMAZING CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
Use this spread on your bagels, toast, or whatever else you have that requires cream cheese! Stuff your chicken breasts with this! Use this spread for cream cheese roll ups, chicken/crescent packets... use your imagination and use this spread! :) Obviously double or halve this recipe for the amount of cream cheese you need. Store it in a Tupperware or bowl with a lid in the fridge for later use. ** Note: I recently added a tablespoon or two of chopped fresh mint leaves to the mix and it was really good! I'm sure you could experiment with other herbs as well, but this mix is divine.
