- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain. Crumble bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, saute onion in the drippings until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Transfer to a large bowl. Add the bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. - Mix mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Let set while you make the sliders.
- Mix turkey, red peppers, dressing, sweet onion, garlic, oregano, and thyme together in a large mixing bowl. Cover and let sit in a refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Form turkey mixture into patties that are a little larger than your dinner rolls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties in the hot oil, turning occasionally, until browned and no longer pink in the centers, 5 to 10 minutes per side.

These Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sliders are made with sweet Hawaiian rolls topped with a creamy honey mustard sauce, deli sliced turkey, Swiss cheese and a buttery poppyseed topping.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice rolls in half, keeping tops and bottoms together.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and 1/2 cup honey mustard until combined; set aside.
- Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan.
- Spread half the honey mustard mixture on the bottom half of rolls.
- Layer sliced turkey and Swiss cheese on top.
- Spread remaining honey mustard mixture on the top half of the rolls and place on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, 1/4 cup honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce and poppy seeds.
- Spread mixture on top of rolls.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cheese has melted.
