Steps:
- Combine all glaze ingredients in a medium size saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes; stirring frequently with a wire whisk.

JACK DANIEL'S HONEY BARBECUE BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
Small Batch Jack Daniel's Honey Barbecue Baked Chicken Wings are crispy chicken wings baked in the oven then tossed in a sweet honey barbecue sauce made with Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey whiskey.

- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a roasting pan or rimmed baking sheet with foil and set a flat wire rack on top. Lightly grease with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss together the wings, oil, and a few big pinches of salt.
- Spread into a single layer on the rack. Bake 50-60 minutes or until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165F on a digital thermometer.
- While the wings are cooking, make the sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat the Jack Daniel's. Once hot, add the onion and a big pinch of salt. Cook until the onion starts to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Whisk in the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, molasses, tomato paste, honey, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Cook until reduced and thickened, about 5-10 minutes, stirring often.
- Once the wings are done, toss the wings in the sauce and serve immediately.

Succulent and tender. These Jack Daniel's Tennessee honey BBQ chicken skewers are sure to be a winner at your next BBQ. This easy to make BBQ sauce marinade makes the chicken taste sweet and delicious!

- Place the marinade ingredients into a jar and shake well.
- If you're using wooden skewers (4 are needed) soak them in warm water to prevent them from burning.
- Place the chicken into a bowl. Add the marinade and then massage into the chicken using your hands. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour (although overnight is better).
- First thread a piece of chicken onto a skewer then a chunk of red pepper then a slice of red onion and then a chunk of courgette then another piece of chicken. Do this 3 more times in this skewer and then repeat this process on the other 3 skewers. Thread any remaining chicken or vegetables on at the end so none goes to waste.
- Brush each of the skewers with the remaining marinade.
- If cooking on your BBQ, ensure the rack isn't too close to the flame.
- If cooking under a grill, place a sheet of aluminium foil on a grill pan. Then place the skewers on the rack and place the pan under a hot grill about ¾ of the way from the top.
- Turn the skewers at least every 5 minutes whilst cooking to ensure each side gets the same amount of cooking. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Before serving check the chicken is cooked by cutting a piece in half to ensure it's no longer pink in the middle.
- Garnish with the freshly chopped coriander and serve with a salad or in wraps/pitta bread

- Preheat the oven to 400F. Place a wire rack above a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Add an additional rack & foil-lined baking sheet if all wings will not fit in a single layer on one. Coat the wings in vegetable oil in a large bowl, add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, then toss. Make a single layer of wings on each rack, above the baking sheet. Bake 50-60 minutes or until crispy and fully cooked. While the wings cook, heat the Jack Daniel's in a saucepan. Once hot, add onion and garlic. Cook until the onions start to soften. Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, molasses, tomato paste, and honey. Bring to a boil. Cook until the sauce is reduced and thickened, about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Once wings are baked and crispy, toss them in the sauce and serve immediately.
