2 lemons, cut into wedges
white sugar as needed
2 cups citrus-flavored vodka
2 cups lemonade
½ cup blue Curacao liqueur
1 cup champagne
1 cup ice, or as needed

Steps:

Use a lemon wedge to moisten cocktail glass rims. Dip each into sugar.
Combine vodka, lemonade, and liqueur in a large pitcher or cocktail shaker; stir or shake to combine. Pour evenly into the prepared glasses; top with champagne and garnish with lemon wedges.

Corn syrup for rimming

Steps:

Wet the rim of the glass with a bit of corn syrup and dip it on a plate of shredded coconuts. Set aside.
Blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and cream of coconut until it reaches the desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
