Thanks to Buster for sharing this recipe. This stuff is so easy and a guaranteed hit!! It sounds like a lot of jalapenos, but the peppers in a jar are really not very hot, and once they get in with the other ingredients, it really is not even hot. You can modify the heat by choosing the right kind of salsa for your taste. Serve with tortilla chips and/or veggies. Prep time is about 10 minutes, but I've included extra for chilling.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (12 ounce) cheddar cheese soup
1 (12 ounce) jar sliced jalapenos, Chopped
2 (16 ounce) jars salsa (Mild, Medium or Hot)
16 ounces monterey jack cheese (Grated) or 16 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese (Grated)

Steps:

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and mix until well blended. Stir in cheese, mix and chill.

Ingredients

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 can (4 ounces) diced jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sliced green onions, optional
Corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, chiles, peppers and 1/4 cup Parmesan until blended. Spoon into an ungreased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, oil and remaining Parmesan. Sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.

Add the cream cheese, yogurt or sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar, pimientos, most of the jalapeños, most of the green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl and cream together with a spatula, wooden spoon, or electric beater.
Pour into a 9″ cast iron pan or baking dish. Smooth the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, jalapeños, and green onions.
