1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins

Steps:

Filling: 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup raisins Crust: Cut butter into flour until crumbly.
Press into 9x9" buttered pan.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
Filling: Mix filling ingredients.
Pour over partially baked crust and return to oven for 20 minutes.
Cool before cutting.

1 cup butter
⅔ cup white sugar
⅔ cup brown sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste

Steps:

Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix flour and cinnamon into creamed butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Store in airtight container in the freezer until needed.
