- Cut 2 cookies in half; chop remaining cookies.
- Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in sour cream and 3/4 cup blueberries; spoon into 4 (8-oz.) parfait glasses. Cover with chopped cookies. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Top with COOL WHIP, halved cookies and remaining blueberries just before serving.

Steps:
- Make Jell-O your choice of flavors. Mom made red; strawberry or cherry.
- Let chill until almost set.
- Make pudding with the vanilla pudding mix and milk. You can make whatever flavor trips your trigger; Mom always made vanilla.
- Start a layer of pudding in clear wide mouthed glass.
- Add a layer of Jell-O.
- Add layer of pudding, the Jell-O, then pudding.
- Do 4 glasses that way.
- Chill for a couple of hours until Jell-O is completely set.
- Serve.
- Can top with whipped cream if you want to be really fancy.

- Dissolve jello with boiling water (use 1 3/4 cup water for firmer jello).
- Mix in pie filling and pineapple with juices.
- Put in fridge to set for 4-6 hours or longer if needed.
- Mix all remaining ingredients for the topping.
- Beat until smooth and spread onto set jello.
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with fresh blueberries, raspberries and or nuts.
