Steps:
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix Crust Mix, butter and sugar until blended; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Beat milk and Filling Mix with mixer on low speed 30 sec. Beat on medium speed 3 min. (Filling will be thick.) Spread crust with half the filling. Blend remaining filling with half the chocolate; spread over layer in pan. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix together butter, flour, brown sugar and nuts in a stand mixer. Press into a 13 X 9 inch pan; Bake for 15 minutes. Let this cool completely. Mix the lemon gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Set aside to cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip; add cooled lemon gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mix. Pour this over the crust; refrigerate for 1 hour. NOTE: The cream cheese filling will be light and soft. It will not be as firm as you might expect it to be. Combine cherry gelatin (or your gelatin flavor of choice) and 2 cups of boiling water; cool. Gently spoon the Jello over the cold cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until cherry gelatin is firm (overnight or up to 4 hours). Slice Jello cheesecake into generous squares and serve!

I lived on a dairy farm when I was young and my mom always had a lot of sour cream to use. She never wasted any, and this cheesecake was one of my family's favorites. It's great topped with blackberry sauce.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Beat in the butter, cornstarch, flour and vanilla until smooth. Fold in sour cream. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour or until almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. , Chill several hours or overnight. Top each serving with fruit if desired.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy; add flour and nuts and stir until a crumbly dough is formed. Press dough into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust is brown. Cool.
- Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Cool. Meanwhile, whip the whipping cream (or you could substitute an 8 oz container of Cool Whip instead). Cream the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar together until fluffy. Add cooled lemon gelatin and stir until blended. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture. Pour onto cooled crust. Chill.
- For topping, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 4 1/2 cups hot water and chill for about 15 minutes. Gently pour on top of cheese mixture. Chill until set and ready to serve.
- Tips:.
- To lighten this dessert you can make a graham cracker crust with 2 cups crushed graham crackers, 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar or Splenda. 8 oz of cottage cheese can be substituted for the cream cheese. Place cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth (otherwise it will taste grainy). Substitute sugar free gelatin for the gelatin in all or part of the recipe. Other flavors of gelatin can be substituted.

- Mix Crust Mix, sugar, margarine, water and ginger with fork in 9-inch square pan until well blended. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the crumb mixture. Press remaining crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of pan with dry measuring cup; cover with half of the pineapple.
- Beat milk, Filling Mix and lemon zest with electric mixer on low speed just until blended. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. (Filling will be thick.) Spoon over pineapple layer in crust.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with remaining pineapple and reserved 2 Tbsp. crumb mixture. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into 8 bars. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.

- PREHEAT oven to 350°F Mix wafer crumbs, 1/4 cup of the sugar and the butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 5 to 8 minute or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- PLACE cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in separate medium bowl; beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; spread over crust. Top with the fruit.
- STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 24 bars to serve. Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
