JEWELED PRINCESS CHEX MIX®

Steps:

• Line cookie sheet with foil or waxed paper. In large bowl, place cereal.
• In medium microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal in bowl; toss to evenly coat.
• Spread mixture in single layer on cookie sheet. Immediately sprinkle with edible glitter. Let stand until set, about 20 minutes. Gently break up mixture. Store in airtight container.

STRAWBERRIES AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX® MIX

Steps:

• In large bowl, mix cereals.
• In 1-quart microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips and oil uncovered on Medium-High (70%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 15 to 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
• In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix powdered sugar and gelatin. Add cereal mixture to bag; seal. Shake until cereal is well coated. Add strawberries. Spread mixture on waxed paper. Store in airtight container.

WINDY CITY CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Mix cereals, 1 cup of the cheese crackers and 2 cups of the popcorn in large, microwavable bowl. Set aside.
• Place butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in 2-cup microwavable measuring cup. Microwave on High 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir; microwave on High until bubbling. Remove from microwave; stir in baking soda. Mixture will foam up, but keep mixing until baking soda is dissolved. Pour over the cereal mixture; stir until fully coated.
• Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after every minute. Spread on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Let cool for about 5 minutes to let caramel fully harden. Stir in remaining 1 cup cheese crackers and 1 cup popcorn.
