Directions Step 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Step 2 Stir pizza crust mix and warm water to a soft dough. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes in a warm place. Knead several times on a floured surface. Step 3 Grease 12″ or 14″ pan. Grease fingers and press dough on bottom and sides of pan. Dough may be shaped into a 14″ x 10″ rectangle on greased baking sheet. Step 4 Pre-bake crust for 2 - 3 minutes before adding your favorite toppings. Drain meat and other toppings before putting on crust. Step 5 Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

Steps:

Heat oven to 450*. Spray 12" pizza pan.
Stir together baking mix and water; beat 20 strokes until soft dough forms.
Press dough in pizza pan and spread pizza sauce over dough.
Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Add toppings of choice.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

1/3 cup water
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1 small sliced onion
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°.
grease 12" pizza pan.
Cut chicken into strips.
Heat skillet and add oil.
Saute chicken for 5 minutes.
Add green pepper and onion.
Continue cooking until tender.
Remove from heat and add salsa.
Set aside.
For crust, blend baking mix with water.
Turn dough on surface dusted with baking mix or flour.
Knead until dough is not sticky.
Press on prepared pan.
Spread 1/2 cup cheese on crust and top with chicken mixture.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 15-20 minutes.

1 (6 1/2 ounce) box jiffy brand pizza crust mix
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup hot tap water
1 (3 ounce) package pepperoni slices, chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease one baking sheet.
Mix pizza crust mix, garlic powder, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.
Add hot water and mix well.
Spread Parmesan cheese onto greased baking sheet.
Drop dough onto parmesan cheese and knead dough into cheese to reduce stickiness.
Roll dough out on same pan, to 1/2 inch thickness.
Using a pizza slicer, cut dough into 1 inch strips , but don't separate.
Bake 15-18 minutes and remove from oven.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over hot breadsticks.
