JUICY GOURMET BURGER SLIDERS
If you want to kick up your regular burger a few notches and get more dinner-table approval grunts, this is a sure thing. Juicy, super-flavourful, and can be an appetizer (sliders) or full sized burgers. Pour a glass of wine and indulge!Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Stir mushrooms, shallots, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat;cook and stir mushroom mixture until golden, about 8 minutes. Pour red wine into skillet; simmer until liquid evaporates, stirring slowly, about 2 minutes. Spread mushroom mixture onto a plate to cool to room temperature, about 5 minutes.
- Crumble ground chuck into a bowl; pour truffle oil over beef and massage oil gently into beef until evenly distributed. Fold mushroom mixture into beef mixture until combined; form 6 patties approximately the size of baguette slices.
- Grill patties until no longer pink in the center, about 3 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
- Toast baguette slices until crisp and golden. Place each patty on a baguette slice, top with 2 shaved slices of Parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup arugula, and a second baguette slice. Secure each slider with a toothpick.

BURGER SLIDERS WITH SECRET SAUCE
These sliders are super easy to put together and are always a hit! I love that they are "fast food" without having to go to a restaurant. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper just until combined; do not overmix. Place meat mixture on a large, parchment-lined baking sheet; shape into two, 6-in. x 8-in. rectangles, each about 1/2-inch thick. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing evenly over bottom halves of rolls., Blot meat with paper towels to remove excess fat; top meat with cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese has just melted, 2-3 minutes. Place meat on bottom halves of rolls; spread with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Layer with pickles, remaining 1/4 cup minced onion and shredded lettuce; replace with top halves of rolls. Brush butter on top of rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

PORK BURGER SLIDERS WITH PEACH-TARRAGON AIOLI
These juicy and tender mini pork burgers are awesome any time of the year, but keep them in mind for game day or tailgating food. We like them topped with red onion, a slice of sharp Cheddar, and served with a frosty mug of beer.

- Combine peaches, mayonnaise, tarragon, and 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, about 1 minute. Place aioli in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Mix ground pork, applesauce, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon chile-garlic sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in a bowl. Divide pork mixture into 4 equal portions and form into burgers.
- Place burgers on the preheated grill and cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centers reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 3 minutes per side.
- Spread aioli onto buns and top with burgers.
