Julies Banana Bread Recipes
JULIE'S BANANA BREAD
I've tried lots of banana recipes and love this one. I use almost black bananas and usually use either 5 small ones or 4 really large ones. I make this bread a few times a month and freeze it in smaller tins. It's yummy and moist!

Steps:
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk, flour and baking soda. Add sliced bananas last. (Note: I use a mixer to mix all the ingredients)
- Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam. (This recipe yields two loaves in the disposable tin pans or can use about 5 of the small tins) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Note: I add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to the 4 T milk to make the sour milk. Then let set for 5 minutes prior to mixing the ingredients.

- grease and flour loaf pan or line muffin tins. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 1/4 hour or until knife comes out of middle clean.
