My friend Katie makes the most amazingly addictive Kahlua dip. It is a great party dip and can be easily doubled.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) bag miniature chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened (use ONLY regular cream cheese, light or fat-free won't work)
1/3 cup Kahlua (more or less depending on your taste)
chocolate graham crackers or chocolate graham cracker sticks

Steps:

Be sure that the Cool Whip is completely thawed and the cream cheese is softened at room temperature.
Combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, mini chocolate chips and kahlua in a bowl.
Store in refrigerator overnight or for at least 3 hours (it tastes better the longer it sits).
Serve with chocolate graham crackers (broken up) or chocolate graham cracker sticks.

This light dip goes quickly at parties. Be prepared with the recipe! It goes well with apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes, but not so much with melon-type fruits. It also makes a great pie filling in an Oreo® crust!

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
½ cup milk
½ cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)

Steps:

Mix whipped topping, pudding mix, milk, and coffee-flavored liqueur together in a bowl. Refrigerate dip until set, 1 hour to overnight.

Ingredients

1 350g bag of chip ahoy cookies
2 cups whipping cream (your choice, cool whip or beat real whipping cream adding a sugar to sweeten) cool whip works best
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of Kahlua (this can be a liquor of choice also, but something that mixes well with milk)

Steps:

Mix the milk and Kahlua in a container large enough to dip the cookies in. Dip the cookies in the milk mixture and layer the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan Once the bottom is covered you can pour some of the left over mixture to be soaked up by the cookies. Cover with the whipping cream. Crush the left over cookies and sprinkle over the dessert. Freeze for an hour and serve.
