KAMUELA TOMATO SALAD
Kamuela tomatoes are a really sweet, juicy tomato grown in Hawaii. They are harder to find in grocery stores, so a nice ripe sweet tomato can be substituted. This is such a simple, but tasty salad, that goes with anything.

Steps:
- 1. Place lettuce on a plate.
- 2. Slice tomatoes in thick slices. Place on lettuce bed. Add onion slices and drizzle with vinaigrette. Add blue cheese if using.
