KENTUCKY BANANA PUDDING

Steps:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cornstarch, egg, evaporated milk and regular milk. Mix together well and stir until thick. Remove from heat; add vanilla and mix well.
- In a large bowl or casserole dish, arrange a layer of cookies. Pour pudding mixture over cookies and top with a layer of sliced bananas. Refrigerate until chilled.

- Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9x13 baking dish at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until center is set.

KENTUCKY CHEESE PUDDING RECIPE

- Melt 6 Tbsp. butter, add flour and whisk in half & half, salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle a few cracker crumbs over sauce. Arrange layers of sliced eggs, cheese and pimentos repeating until all ingredients have been layered ending with crackers and dot with remaining butter. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden. Serve hot.

- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, cornstarch, egg, evaporated milk and cream; mix together well, cooking on low until mixture is thickened remove from heat; add in vanilla, and mix well in a large bowl, or casserole dish.
- Arrange a layer of cookies on the botton
- Pour pudding mixture over the cookies
- Top with a layer of sliced bananas
- Refrigerate until chilled, serve within a few hours, or bananas tend to turn dark.

- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and blackberry jam. Mix well. Add flour, cinnamon, and allspice and continue mixing. Pour in buttermilk and add soda. Mix well and pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish or a 10 inch bundt pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Combine sugar and flour in saucepan. Add boiling water and salt. Mix well with spoon or whisk. Bring to a boil on stove. Cook to desired thickness, about five or six minutes. If too thick add more boiling water. Remove from heat, add butter, milk and vanilla and stir. Serve pudding warm with sauce on top.
