150g (1.5 Cups) Almond Flour
30g (1/4 Cup) Protein Powder Unflavored
1 Pkt (16g)(4tsp) Baking Powder
75g (3/4 Cup)Potato or Oat Fiber
15g (3Tbsp)Psyllium Husk
250g (1 Cup)Greek Yogurt
4 Eggs
4 Tbsp (25g) Oil
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Heat up the oven to 150C or 300F
  • Mix all of the dry ingredience
  • Separate eggs and mix all of the eggwhites first. Set aside
  • Mix egg yolks fully.
  • Add Yogurt and all of the wet ingredients
  • Spoon by spoon keep adding all of the mixed dry ingredients
  • At the end add egg whites and mix it gently and fully
  • Cover the bowl and let it rest for half hour
  • Prepare a baking sheet with Parchment paper
  • Once rested, with wet hand make small balls, which you then flatten a bit at the end with hands to achieve rolls
  • Once all is on the baking sheet, add a little bit of Potato or Oat Fiber to achieve the white look after baking
  • With knife of your super Kaiser Roll Shaper Gadget press on each Roll to give it the perfect end touch
  • Place it into the oven and bake for 40 Minutes
  • Bon Appetit

  • To a food processor, add remaining ingredients and melted cheeses. Pulse until combined. You may also combine the ingredients using an electric mixer; however, the dough comes together evenly and faster using a food processor.
  • Wet your hands with some water or oil in order to handle the dough. This will prevent the dough from sticking to your hands. Grab a handful of dough, form it into a ball and place on a parchment lined baking tray. Continue with remaining dough. You can form your desired size. Dough balls larger than 2.5 inches wide, will require longer cooking times. Evenly place dough balls on the tray spacing about 1 inch apart.
