- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
- Peel the rutabagas. Slice them into circles, 1/4-inch thick. Stack the circles and slice them into sticks, 1/4-inch wide.
- In a large bowl, toss the rutabaga sticks with avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Place an oven safe rack onto a large baking sheet. Arrange the fries in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, until fries are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

- Peel jicama and slice into french fry pieces.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon sea salt into medium pot of water. Bring to a boil.
- Boil jicama fries in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain in colander.
- Place drained jicama pieces into a large mixing bowl. Coat with avocado oil, then sprinkle on 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, garlic powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Blend in spices.
- Spread fries onto oiled baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, turning halfway through baking time, until fries are crisp.

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat it with non-stick baking spray.
- Cut the zucchini fries about 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches long - and if wet, pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and set aside. In another small bowl, mix the flour, cheese and garlic powder.
- Dip the zucchini fries in the egg so that it is covered on all sides.
- Then, put the fries in your dry ingredients mixture, and coat them thoroughly on all sides.
- Once well coated, place the zucchini fries on the baking sheet, and repeat this process with the rest of your fries - be sure to spread them out on the tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Broil for the last couple of minutes until golden. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
- Follow all of the same steps as described in 1-5 above.
- Then, add the zucchini fries to your air fryer, and cook at 375°F for around 15-20 minutes - making sure to give the fries room in the basket. You may need to cook them in several batches to do that.

Steps:
- Place almond flour (or coconut flour) and xanthan gum in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add in hot water and mix/knead the dough until all the ingredients are blended together - it will be very sticky.
- Leave the dough to rest for 15 minutes.
- After it rests and sets, you can roll it out into the shape of a rectangle between 2 sheets of parchment paper until it reaches 1/4 cm in thickness.
- Then when you've got it rolled out, cut it into about 25-30 slim strips (french fry shapes).
- Add in a generous amount of oil (enough to cover the fries) to a medium-sized pan and put it on medium to low heat.
- Gently place the dough strips in the pan and fry them till they are golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any extra grease.
- Sprinkle salt on the fries and enjoy!
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (or 200°C).
- Place the dough strips on a baking tray (lined with a baking sheet or parchment paper and greased with oil).
- Brush a generous amount of oil on top of the to-be French fries and bake until the fries are golden brown (10-15mins) - Toss them around every 5-ish minutes to make sure they bake evenly on all sides.
- Transfer the fries to a plate lined with paper towels (to remove access oil).
