½ cup Hemp Hearts
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 teaspoons Erythritol
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
Toppings of choice

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients except the topping into a bowl.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Spoon the mixture into two jars and add your preferred toppings.
  • Enjoy!
