Hollandaise is a delicious addition to tons of foods. This keto sriracha hollandaise sauce is tangy with a delicious hint of spice!

10 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 pasteurized egg yolks
1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce

Steps:

  • Place the egg yolks in a high-speed blender and blend
  • While the blender is still running, slowly add the melted butter
  • Add the chili garlic sauce, lemon juice, and salt
  • Blend for another minute
  • Turn blender off, top, and enjoy!
