CRISPY ZUCCHINI FRIES (KETO + LOW CARB)
These Crispy Zucchini Fries are breaded with almond flour, parmesan and spices and baked until perfectly crispy! The perfect keto, low carb side dish! Only 3 net carbs per serving!

Steps:
- Prehat oven to 400 degrees
- Slice two zucchini into fry shapes (as shown in video)
- Pat the zucchini dry
- Set up your breading station by setting up two shallow bowls and a baking sheet with a silicone baking sheet or sprayed well with cooking spray.
- In the first bowl combine the egg and the ranch dressing, mix until completely combined
- In the second bowl combine the almond flour, spices and paremsan, mix well.
- Dredge the zucchini in the egg then the almond flour crust and place on the pan.
- Lightly spray the breaded zucchini fries with cooking spray to help crisp them.
- Bake 15 minutes, turn carefully with a fork and bake for 10 minutes more or until golden brown and crisp.
- Dip in ketchup or ranch dressing!

KETO ZUCCHINI FRIES
These zucchini fries get so crispy in the air fryer in just 10 minutes. We love to dunk them in ranch dressing.

Steps:
- Slice the zucchini into strips about ½ inch thick and 3-4 inches long, depending on the length of your zucchini. Pat dry.
- Add the egg to a shallow bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to a second shallow bowl and stir to combine.
- Dip the zucchini first into the egg and then into the almond flour mixture. Press the flour mixture onto the zucchini to help it stick.
- Place the zucchini in a single layer in an air fryer basket and spritz liberally with oil spray.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until crispy and browned.

KETO ZUCCHINI FRIES
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 220C/420F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Slice the zucchini into fries. We find it best to cut them in half, then cut each half lengthwise into 2 or 3 slices, and each slice into 2-4 thick matchsticks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and cream.
- In another bowl add the almond flour, parmesan, garlic, herbs, and salt. Mix well.
- Bread each of the zucchini fries but first dipping in the egg mixture and then pressing into the almond flour mixture.
- Place the breaded fries onto your prepared cookie sheet and spray generously with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turn over about halfway through.
- Serve hot with a side of Garlic Aioli, or Feta Cheese Dip!

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat it with non-stick baking spray.
- Cut the zucchini fries about 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches long - and if wet, pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and set aside. In another small bowl, mix the flour, cheese and garlic powder.
- Dip the zucchini fries in the egg so that it is covered on all sides.
- Then, put the fries in your dry ingredients mixture, and coat them thoroughly on all sides.
- Once well coated, place the zucchini fries on the baking sheet, and repeat this process with the rest of your fries - be sure to spread them out on the tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Broil for the last couple of minutes until golden. Sprinkle with salt before serving.
- Follow all of the same steps as described in 1-5 above.
- Then, add the zucchini fries to your air fryer, and cook at 375°F for around 15-20 minutes - making sure to give the fries room in the basket. You may need to cook them in several batches to do that.
- Sprinkle with salt before serving.
