Steps:
- Combine all ingredients except for the pork chops and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from the heat and cool. Refrigerate sauce overnight to blend flavors.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Apply sauce to chops with dish mop or paint brush. Grill to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-well. Baste with sauce each time they are turned.

- In a medium bowl stir together ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside. Lightly season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush each chop with the sauce to coat. Grease the grill grates of an outdoor grill and preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place pork chops on the grill, and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, basting often, or until the meat is cooked through, the internal temperature has reached 145°F.

This recipe from the Florida Keys has been given to almost everyone I know. It is the best marinade for chicken, and it only takes 30 minutes from prep till you can grill! It's a great blend of flavors with honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. If you have time, try marinating overnight for the fullest flavor.

- Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade, and grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a Dutch oven, heat the oil, add the chops and brown on both sides.
- Remove the chosp and and drain off all but 4 tablespoons of the fat.
- Stir in the raw dry rice, coating all the grains with the fat.
- Arrange the chops on top and sprinkle with salt.
- Place a slice of onion, a slice of lime, and a spoonful of chili sauce on each chop.
- Add the tomato juice and Tabasco, cover closely and bake until the chops are tender, about an hour.

- Combine first 6 ingredients; pour over chops in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, following microwave directions. Stir in cheese; set aside. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing; cover with foil.
- Bake 10 min.; remove foil. Continue baking an additional 15 to 20 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min.

- Brown chops well on both sides in oil in a skillet; remove.
- Brown onion slices on both sides in same pan; remove.
- Stir in chili powder and cook 2 minutes; add rice tomato sauce, water and salt; heat to boiling.
- Pour into a shallow 8-cup baking dish; arrange browned pork chops over rice and place an onion slice on each chop; cover dish.
- Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
