KIDS' TIRAMISU RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn the heat on, bring to boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute. Set it aside.
- Make filling: In a food processor (whisk attachment), work cream cheese and powdered sugar until they are combined. With a spatula, scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl very well. Add the Nutella and mix well. Note: Stop the machine occasionally to scrape the sides and bottom to make sure it is evenly mixed without lumps.
- Add the heavy whipping cream, and whip until the cream reaches a slightly firm consistency. The cream has to appear smooth and fluffy.
- It's time to assemble the tiramisu. Make one layer of cookies: dip them in the milk mixture one at the time, flip them over once (do it quickly, so they are soft but not falling apart). Make another layer with half or the cream mixture. Keep layering until you finish your ingredients.
- With a sifter, dust the top of the tiramisu' with cocoa powder. Note, the surface has to be covered with no cream showing underneath.
- Tiramisu goes in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to set, or you can make it the day before and let it set overnight.
TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: large ladyfingers, coffee, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, milk, sugar, gelatin, cocoa powder

Steps:
- Dip the ladyfingers in coffee.
- In two spring form pans lined with parchment paper, layer the coffee-dipped lady fingers in a single layer.
- Freeze until the ladyfingers are frozen.
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
- Add the milk, sugar, and gelatin to a bowl and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
- Pour the milk mixture through a sieve into the bowl of cream cheese.
- Pour 1 cup (290 g) of cheesecake batter into a springform pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours
- Add one layer of frozen ladyfingers on top of the refrigerated cheesecake layer.
- Add another cup (290 g) of cheesecake batter on top. Refrigerate for two hours, and repeat with remaining batter and ladyfinger layer.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Enjoy!

- Beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk in a bowl until lightly and creamy. Cut the sponge snack cakes in half lengthwise, then in half widthwise, cutting each into 4 pieces. Press two cake pieces into the bottom of a large coffee mug, cream-side-down. Press four cake pieces around the inside of the mug. Repeat with a second mug.
- Sprinkle the sponge cake with 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur per mug. Spoon in half of the mascarpone mixture and place two more sponge cake halves on top, cream-side-down. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining coffee liqueur. Wrap with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, 2 minutes. In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Fold into pudding; cover and refrigerate., Arrange half of the ladyfingers cut side up in an 11x7-in. dish. Dissolve coffee granules in boiling water; drizzle half over the ladyfingers. Spread with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cocoa. Refrigerate until serving.

- In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar and vanilla until smooth and light yellow. Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside.
