1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring
1 cup strawberry preserves

Steps:

  • creme butter brown sugar and peanut butter together
  • add flour oatmeal baking soda salt water ahnd flavoring.
  • place 1/2 dough into greased 9x13 pan.
  • spread jam over dough.
  • top with remaining dough in balls and flatten out like hamburgers press into preserves bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
