STEAK AND CHOP BURGER

1 pound ground beef
¾ cup Lawry's® Steak & Chop Marinade with Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper
2 medium portobello mushrooms, stems removed
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and quartered lengthwise
1 yellow bell pepper
4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 hamburger rolls

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ground beef and ¼ cup of the marinade in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • 2. Grill burgers over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Add cheese slices during last 1 minute of cooking. Meanwhile grill vegetables 5 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining ½ cup marinade.
  • 3. Slice mushrooms and pepper into thin strips. Serve with burgers on rolls.

2 tablespoons Bertolli ® Classico™ Olive Oil
½ cup steak sauce
4 each hoagie or sandwich rolls, split and lightly toasted
2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
1 medium ripe tomato, sliced

Steps:

  • For Sandwich Spread, in small bowl, combine ingredients; set aside.
  • For Sandwiches, season steak with Lawry's® Seasoned Salt and Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper. Brush onion with Olive Oil. Grill or broil steak and onion, turning once and brushing with steak sauce, until desired doneness. Cover steak loosely with aluminum foil; let stand 10 minutes. Thinly slice steak; set aside and keep warm.
  • Evenly spread 1/4 cup sandwich spread on bottom of rolls. Top with lettuce, tomato, sliced steak and onion. Drizzle with remaining sauce, then top with remaining rolls.

1 pound ground beef chuck
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Dash of hot sauce (or more, to taste)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the meat, onion, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoned salt, and hot sauce. Mix well and form into 4 patties. Place the patties in a large nonstick skillet, and cook over medium heat for 3 to 6 minutes per side, to desired doneness.

1/2 lb thinly sliced New York strip steaks or 1/2 lb london broil beef
1 baguette
4 tomatoes, of your choice
1 (6 ounce) package garlic and herb goat cheese
1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
cumin
extra virgin olive oil
garlic salt
paprika

Steps:

  • Marinade beef for 5 hours or more in a ziplock bag.
  • Cut baguette into 4 pieces.
  • Put Baguettes in toaster or oven just to get a little crispy.
  • Sautee your beef for 2 minutes on each side.
  • Take baguettes out of the toaster and spread mayo on one side and sliced tomatoes.
  • Thinly slice your meat and place on top of tomatoes.
  • On the dry side of baguette spread your goats cheese.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the meat and there you have it!
