1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ white cake mix
3/4 cup mango nectar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons grated lime peel
3 egg whites
1 container Betty Crocker™ Whipped fluffy white frosting
2 to 3 medium mangoes, seeds removed, peeled and finely chopped (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Generously spray bottoms and sides of two 9-inch round cake pans with baking spray with flour.
In large bowl, beat cake ingredients with electric mixer on low speed until moistened, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pans.
Bake and cool as directed on box for 9-inch rounds.
On serving plate, place 1 cake, rounded side down. Spread with half of the frosting; top with half of the mangoes and half of the coconut. Top with second cake, rounded side up. Spread with remaining frosting; top with remaining mangoes and coconut. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.

Ingredients

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Mango Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 cups cold mango nectar
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold nectar. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; set aside for later use. (Do not refrigerate.) Pour remaining gelatin into 8 individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm. (Gelatin should stick to finger when touched.)
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy. Gradually add reserved 1-1/2 cups gelatin, beating until well blended. Spoon over gelatin in dishes.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

3 cups boiling water
4 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 can (12 oz.) mango nectar
2 medium ripe mangos, finely chopped (about 2 cups), divided
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add nectar; mix well. Pour evenly into 3 small bowls. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened.
Add 1 cup of the mangos to 1 bowl of gelatin; stir. Pour into 10-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until set but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched).
Meanwhile, pour contents of second bowl of gelatin into blender container. Add remaining mangos; cover. Blend until mangos are pureed and mixture is well blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 20 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm (gelatin should stick to finger when touched).
Stir sour cream into remaining bowl of gelatin until well blended. Carefully spoon over mango gelatin layer. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
