This is similar to, and maybe even Very, Very Similar to Heinz Steak Sauce, in color, texture and taste. Great for Steaks, Burgers, Hot Dogs and Corn Dogs, and I like to dunk my fries into it. It puts a little "dew" on the top of my very, very sparsely populated head. I have approximated A-1 Steak Sauce as well, and will have...

Ingredients

1/4 c ketchup (heinz)
2 tsp yellow mustard (french's)
4 tsp worsestershire sauce (lea and perrins)
2 tsp vinegar (cider or heinz malt vinegar)
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce (mc ilhenny co)
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients well -- Serve -- Enjoy. As stated, I like to dunk my fries in this as well.
2. Note: 1/4 cup equals 4 tablespoons. A tablespoon equals three teaspoons, not two as some may think. I'll post my A-1 Steak Sauce wanna-be in the near future. This is another example of the importance of "Brand Name" consistency and proper meassurement. Very important if you wish to duplicate or replicate or clone, tomorrow. I know this one will be spot on.
3. Also great on a breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, with a slice of raw Onion.

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1/3 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 eggs, beaten

Steps:

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix ingredients just until blended.
Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Worcesteershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil,
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1/4 chopped fresh herbs
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Combine all the ingredients together and Reserve ¼ cup marinade; refregerate. Marinate you steaks in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours. Remove steaks:discard marinade. Grill or broil steaks, brushing with reserved marinade until done.

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

In large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour marinade over steak(s); turn to coat. marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove steak(s); discard marinade. Grill or broil to preferred doneness, brushing frequently with additional Leaq & Perrins.
