- Combine the orange juice and syrup in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a simmer.
- Add coctail wieners and let simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Pour into a nice serving bowl, place in the middle of a serving tray, surround with cheeses and crackers...makes a great snack tray. Add a container of cute toothpicks for ease of service.

- 1. Preheat and prepare a Crock Pot, chaffing dish or fondue pot to lowest setting.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl combine brown sugar, flour, and mustard.
- 3. Make a well and gradually add in vinegar and orange juice. Stir well.
- 4. Transfer to Crock Pot or heat source.
- 5. Add cocktail weiners.
- 6. Stir gently. If becomes too thick add small amounts of diluted OJ with water until you reach the correct consistency of a glaze.
- 7. Cook on low till only heated thoroughly, about 30 minutes.
- 8. * Tip: I make the glaze ahead of time and allow to heat on med-high - lower heat to low and add cocktail weiners allowing about 30 minutes to cook before serving time. Enjoy!
