Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and oil until soft dough forms. (If dough is dry, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk.) On lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 times. Shape dough into ball. Cover with bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten slightly. Roll out to 12-inch round. Bake 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust; top with remaining topping ingredients. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is light golden brown and cheese begins to brown. Cut into wedges to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Cook meat until brown and done. Drain, if necessary. Return to skillet.
- Add tomato sauce and cook until heated.
- Spray non-stick cooking spray into a 13x9x2 baking dish. Unroll pizza dough and press onto bottom and halfway up the sides of the dish.
- Line bottom of crust with 3 slices mozzarella. Top with meat mixture.
- Bake UNCOVERED for 12 minutes.
- Top with remaining 3 slices and bake 5 more minutes or until crust is brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then serve!

- Brown steaks in a large oiled skillet over medium high heat about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add 2 tbsps.
- water, green pepper, onion and garlic to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in pizza sauce and simmer 3 to 5 minutes to blend flavours.
- Return steaks and any accumulated juices to skillet and spoon sauce over top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of steaks.
- Cover and heat 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve with pasta and salad or spread slices of toasted Italian bread with sauce and top with steaks for an open-faced sandwich.
