1 -2 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix
1 -2 dash cavender's all purpose Greek seasoning

Steps:

  • Mix all together in bowl.
  • Cover.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Eat with whole grain bread or Melba toast.

1 (12 ounce) can light chunk tuna in water
1/2 onion
black pepper
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons valasic no-sugar-added relish

Steps:

  • Put 1/2 an onion in the food processor.
  • Add about 2-3 tablespoons of mustard.
  • Add relish to taste.
  • Empty can of tuna
  • Process for about 2 minutes or until completly combined.
  • Sprinkle pepper and spread eat it with bread or use it as a dip.
