QUICK APPLE COBBLER
This is a very easy recipe made with simple basics you usually have around the house. Perfect with after-dinner coffee or office pot-lucks. My sons also like to top it with whipped cream or ice cream. Change it up a bit by substituting a can of cherries or sliced peaches for a different variety of cobbler.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pour butter into 9-inch round baking pan.
- Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, and baking powder together in a bowl. Stir in milk. Pour batter into the baking pan.
- Arrange apples over the batter; sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon on top. Pour in water.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Melt butter in a 9x13 (preferably glass) baking dish. Do this by placing it in the oven while it preheats.
- 3. Mix sugar, flour, vanilla, and milk in a mixing bowl.
- 4. Pour mixture into baking dish over the butter. Do not mix with butter.
- 5. Spoon in apples or your fruit of choice in random spots.
- 6. Bake for 45 minutes.
- 7. The crust will rise around apples. Serve. Enjoy!

- Roll 1 slice apple up in 1 crescent 8 all together place in 8x8 in baking dish place marg or butter in a microwaveable dish along with sugar and the remaining apples crushed up add apples to bowl first and then add margarine or butter and sugar cook for 5 minutes in microwave on high then pour over crescent rolls sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon cook for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

- Preheat oven at 350° F (about 177 ° C). Grease both the bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir well the canned fried apples and cinnamon, and reserve. In a mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar at low speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at medium speed just enough to mix in.
- Beat in vanilla extract. Combine both flour and salt in a medium bowl. Alternate half of the flour-salt mixture and then half of the yogurt, beating each time at low speed until combined. Then, add the remaining flour-salt mixture and the other half of the yogurt, beating each time until combined.
- Spread 2/3 of the batter in the prepared baking pan. Top with the fried apple mixture. With a spoon, dollop the remaining batter on top of fried apples. Bake for about 27-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.
