MACADAMIA NUT BROWNIES

Steps:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Cool slightly. , In a small bowl, beat the egg, sugar and coffee granules. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to chocolate mixture., Spread into a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool on a wire rack.

MACADAMIA CHIP BROWNIES
With two kinds of chocolate, plus the macadamia nuts, there's no need to frost these scrumptious bars! I like to make them for special occasions. I'm retired home economist and love to bake for fun and relaxation. Often, I share goodies with friends and families at our local Ronald McDonald House.

Steps:
- In a saucepan, melt butter and white chocolate over low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat. Cool slightly, In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to chocolate mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. , Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT BROWNIES
Macadamia Nuts were well-known to the indigenous inhabitants of Australia, and were first discovered by early white settlers in 1828. This now immensely popular Bush Nut is found in many Australian recipes. These Chocolate Macadamia Nut Brownies can be eaten straight away or made up to a week before required. Keep covered in the refrigerator or perhaps, if you want them to still be where you've put them in a week's time, hidden. Adapted from a recipe on the "Australian Women's Weekly" website.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to moderate.
- Grease a deep 19cm-square cake pan, and cover the base with baking paper.
- Combine the butter and chocolate in a pan and stir over a low heat until both have melted.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the sugar and honey.
- Stir in the lightly beaten eggs.
- Sift the flour.
- Add the sifted flour and the nuts and gently fold into the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes - or until the brownies are firm.
- Cool the brownies in the pan, and cut into squares when cold.
RAW BROWNIES WITH MACADAMIA PIECES - VEGAN, GF
Steps:
- In a food processor, pulse your dates and almond butter together until a nice paste forms. If your dates aren't soft, soak them in hot water for 10 min first.
- Add the cacao powder and, if using, the melted cacao butter. Pulse again until you have a very thick and slightly sticky dough.
- Transfer to a container, either a bread tin or just any tupperware, add the chopped nuts and combine. Press the mixture into your mold and refrigerate until ready to eat.
GINGER-MACADAMIA BROWNIES
Adding macadamia nuts and ginger transforms familiar brownies into something truly extraordinary. For a festive summer finale, serve them with strawberries.

- Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Mix butter, chocolate and coffee powder in heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk eggs in large bowl to blend. Whisk in sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in chocolate mixture. Mix in flour, then nuts and ginger. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs still attached, about 40 minutes. Cool in pan on rack. Cover and let stand at room temperature overnight. Cut into 16 squares.

Steps:
- Blend dates and macadamia nuts separatley in the food procesor.
- Blend the macadamia nuts first.
- Pulverize part of the macadamia nuts and leave aside a Tablespoon for sprinkling.
- Make the date paste very smooth and leave the macadamia powder with some chunks.
- In a bowl, mix everthing until well integrated.
- Make squares, stars or little balls. Sprinkle the macadamia powder on your figures to give the powdered sugar look.
- You can refrigerate or enjoy in the moment.
