A creamy chocolate shake with a nice light banana flavor that I came up with one night. This recipe is for one party mug-sized shake. I'm not normally a fan of banana-flavored drinks, but this milkshake tastes amazing!

- Put 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of yogurt in blender cup.
- Put in 2 sweetener packets.
- Put in frozen strawberries (as many as you want but no more than 6 or cup will be too full).
- Put in ice.
- Use magic bullet to mix.
- Mix until smooth or until you like it.
- Eat and enjoy!

BONNIE'S MILKSHAKE (LOW CARB, GLUTEN FREE)
This thick and creamy milkshake is great for your low-carb or gluten-free diet. I don't even miss ice cream anymore! I make it in my little Magic Bullet smoothie maker. What a neat machine that is. It makes the greatest milkshakes and comes with an attachment to grind nuts and seeds. If you don't have one, you might want to consider getting it because it makes making the milkshakes really easy, and it comes with extra mixing containers that you can mix and serve in, and they fit right in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
