Make Ahead Holiday Salad image

Use this layering technique to make a big salad a whole day ahead of time! The greens will stay crisp and delicious right until you're ready to serve.

Ingredients

2 cups grape tomatoes
1 can (11 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, cut into chunks
1 bag (10 oz.) salad greens
1 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps:

Layer all ingredients except dressing in large clear bowl in the order listed.
Cover surface with damp paper towels, then cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Rub hazelnuts between your fingers to loosen skins; discard skins (some will stick—that’s OK). Transfer hazelnuts to a cutting board and roughly chop; set aside.
Toss kale and Brussels sprouts with ¼ cup dressing in a large bowl. Using your hands, massage dressing into kale mixture until leaves are slightly softened and shiny, about 2 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add pomegranate seeds and remaining dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
