Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 dozen whole cloves
2 large cinnamon sticks
2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon candied ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, slivered
1/2 teaspoon spearmint or peppermint extract
Club soda

Steps:

Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water and spices in a small pan and heat gently, stirring, until melted to a thick, clear syrup. Take off heat, add citrus juices, stir again and let cool, at least 1/2 hour. Strain into a bowl, add candied ginger, mint and extract, stirring to mix.
Fill a wine goblet or tall glass with crushed ice and ladle in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mixture. Stir, then top with club soda.

3 cups boiling water
4 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1-1/4 qt. (5 cups) cold club soda

Steps:

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min. Stir in club soda.
Pour into clear 2-1/2-qt. glass punch bowl or 16 stemmed glasses; cover.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

250 g sweet fresh cherries, pitted
2 (314 ml) cans mandarin oranges, including their juice
2 liters orange juice
1 liter bubbling mineral water (such as Perrier)
ice cube
15 -20 twisty plastic soda straws

Steps:

Place pitted and stemmed cherries into a large clear glass punch bowl.
Add the mandarin oranges, including their canning juices.
Pour in the orange juice and the mineral water.
Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
Tip: When making your ice cubes, you may want to make the cubes out of orange juice or place a mandarin orange or cherry into each ice cube slot, then fill with a little water and freeze.
