- Make a package of vanilla pudding, then stir in some lime zest and juice, a splash of tequila (or more for a stronger treat!) and a little whipped cream. Moisten the rims of margarita glasses with a lime wedge, then dip in coarse sugar. Spoon the pudding into the glasses and top with lime zest and lime slices.
THE PERFECT MARGARITA
Mastering the margarita requires a certain amount of practice, but once you dial-in your perfect ratio, it's a really easy cocktail to replicate. The classic recipe is 3 parts tequila, 2 parts triple sec, and 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice, and you should probably start off pretty close to that, but my personal favorite proportions are 4-3-2.

- Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a plate. Lightly dip the moistened rim into the salt. Place a large ice cube in the glass and freeze the prepared glass until ready to serve.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

- Put a little salt on a saucer, then wipe the rim of your martini glass with lime juice. Turn the glass upside down in the salt and twist to coat.

- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Prepare and bake crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust baked shell. Cool.
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in lime juice.
- Beat pudding mix, milk, orange juice and lime zest in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add gelatin mixture; whisk until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. or until thickened.
- Spoon pudding mixture into crust. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm. Top with COOL WHIP before serving.

- In medium saucepan, combine lime juice and orange juice. Sprinkle gelatin over top; let stand 1 minute to soften. Heat over low heat until clear and dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool 5 minutes.
- Add tequila, liqueur, lime peel and condensed milk to gelatin mixture; mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
- Divide one-third of the strawberries among individual 10-oz. parfait glasses. Top with half of the tequila mixture. Top with half of the remaining strawberries and all of the remaining tequila mixture. Top with remaining strawberries. Cover glasses with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, margarita mix, eggs, butter, lime juice and zest; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes., Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely., Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cake.
