Steps:
- Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Fruity Pebbles. Stir until well coated.
- Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day.
- MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 and 3 above.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 20 minutes. Pour marshmallows over the cake layer and return to oven; bake until the marshmallows puff, about 2 minutes more.
- Stir peanut butter and butterscotch chips together in a saucepan over medium heat until melted; add crispy rice cereal. Spread peanut butter mixture over marshmallow layer; cool completely before cutting into bars.

Steps:
- Coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with spray oil or margarine.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over low heat. Add the vanilla. Melt the marshmallows into the margarine, stirring. Add the cereal when the marshmallows have melted; stir until cereal is coated. Quickly pour into the prepared pan. Use a sheet of waxed paper to press the mixture down flat and evenly into the pan.
- Let set for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into squares.

- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In 4-quart Dutch oven, heat marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir 8 cups of the cereal into marshmallow mixture. Press into pan. Cool 30 minutes.
- Spread frosting over marshmallow-cereal layer. Place remaining 1 cup cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag and crush with rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet. Sprinkle crushed cereal and broken candies over frosting.
- Cut into 8 rows by 4 rows. Insert 1 cookie half into each bar to look like tombstone.
