MEATBALLS - TONY'S TOWN SQUARE - MAGIC KINGDOM

Meatballs - Tony's Town Square - Magic Kingdom image

Italian style meatballs with Italian sausage and Italian bread crumbs

Provided by Sid Phillips

Yield 30 Meatballs

Number Of Ingredients 13

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (lean)
1 pound Italian sausage (bulk)
1/4 cup Onions (minced)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with hands.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator 3 - 4 hours.
Remove from fridge and begin forming into golf ball-size meatballs.
Place meatballs on cookie sheet 1-inch apart.
Bake in oven 15 - 20 minutes, until firm to the touch and no longer pink in the middle.
