MEDITERRANEAN BOW-TIES
Can't sail away to the Greek Isles? At least you can eat like you're there with this dish, with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and Havarti cheese.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, mix sauce mix and milk with wire whisk until blended. Add butter. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Gently stir pasta, asparagus, tomatoes and ham into sauce. Pour into casserole. Cover; bake 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove casserole from oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered about 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with olives.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the oregano, garlic, salt and pepper flakes in oil for 1 minute. Add wine or broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes., Stir in the tomatoes and cheese. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain pasta; toss with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels and parsley.

BOW TIES WITH SAUSAGE, TOMATOES AND CREAM
A friend gave this recipe to me a few years back, and my family can't seem to get enough of it. It sounds strange with cream in it, but that just enhances the flavor and texture. This is a very easy recipe.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
- Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown. Stir in onion and garlic, and cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, cream, and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through. Sprinkle with parsley.
