TACO DIP

Steps:

• Place the beans in the bottom of one 9x13 inch clear glass dish.
• In a medium bowl combine the sour cream with the taco seasoning. Spread mixture over the beans. Spread the salsa over the top of the sour cream. Top the sour cream with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.

MANDA'S SEVEN LAYER TACO DIP

Steps:

• With a handheld or standing mixer, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in bowl until light and fluffy; set aside.
• In a separate bowl, stir together the cherry tomatoes, avocados, red onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper; set aside.
• Spread the refried black beans out into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish in an even layer. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the black beans; top with layers of salsa, Mexican cheese blend, lettuce, cherry tomato mixture, and jalapeno slices.
• Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time. Serve cold or at room temperature.

GROUND BEEF TACO DIP

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes; drain. Add water and one envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly., Beat sour cream, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-qt. dish; add ground beef. Top with lettuce, cheddar, tomatoes, pepper and olives.

Steps:

• Cook ground beef, drain.
• Add taco seasoning and water to meat, heat through.
• While meat is cooking, mix together refried beans and cream cheese, heat in microwave.
• Spread beans on the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
• Spread seasoned beef over the beans.
• Spread sour cream over beef.
• Sprinkle cilantro on sour cream.
• Top with desired amounts of lettuce ,cheese, tomatoes, green onion and olives.
• Serve with tortilla chips.

"THE MAN'S" TACO DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese and sour cream until a soft mixture.
• Add taco seasoning and bean dip.
• Add 3/4 of cheese and pour into a baking dish.
• Add remaining cheese on top.
• Bake at 350 deg for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
• Serve with torillla chips.
