WHITE CHEESE DIP (5 MINUTE RECIPE!)
This white cheese dip is a copycat recipe from your favorite Mexican restaurant. Only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes for an EASY and authentic queso blanco dip.

Steps:
- Combine the cheese cubes and milk (and optional water) into a large glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring every minute. The mixture might seem watery during the first few stirs, but will come together as a nice runny dip after all the cheese is melted. Remove from the microwave and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve immediately as a dip with tortilla chips or as a sauce over your favorite Mexican dish. If using for a party dip, keep warm in a small Crock Pot.
- Combine all ingredients in a small Crock Pot. Set on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Once melted, reduce setting to warm.
- Store any leftover cheese dip in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until creamy and hot.

WHITE CHEESE DIP (MADE LIKE IT IS IN THE SOUTH)
I tried for years to make the White Cheese Dip they make in the Mexican restaurants in the southern states only to never be able to figure out just what the ingredients were. Then one day I came across the secret by accident and found out it was just the simplest of ingredients. Edited to add, after doing more experimenting, I have found that not all brands of Mexican Style Cream are the same. The brand that I used in Boston which I have listed here in the ingredients has cream cheese in it and is a certain consistency that other creams may vary on. You may have to tweak it by adding a little cream cheese if the mexican style cream you are using does not list it in it's ingredients and the consistency may vary as well.

- In a microwavable bowl pour the mexican style cream and put the 2 pieces of cheese on top.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

- To make it spicy, you can add diced pickled Jalapenos.
