Steps:
- Per one quart of water, use one heaping tablespoon of camomile flowers.
- Steep 3 minutes for a mild brew, 10 minutes for a very strong brew. Delicious hot or iced.

- Chamomile Bath Bombs. Use the chamomile salt from above to make these bath bombs. Ingredients needed: 1 1/2 cups baking soda. 3/4 cup citric acid. 1/2 cup chamomile salt.
