EGGLESS CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
My brother in law can't have any eggs, so every time we have a family gathering, he can't eat the dessert because of the eggs. I made up this recipe and was SHOCKED that it came out good! Now everyone in my family LOVES THEM! I hope you do too!

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix in vanilla extract and cocoa powder, then add peanut butter, and stir until smooth. Gradually mix in the sifted ingredients until well blended. Pour milk into dough, and stir until fully combined.
- Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly browned, 11 to 13 minutes. For a crunchier cookie, bake an additional minute or two.

BEST MINI M&M COOKIES
I was given this recipe 20 years ago by my then boyfriend's soon to be step mom and its still my favorite for "chocolate chip" cookies. I substituted the Semi Sweet Mini M&Ms (which make the best cookies) for the chocolate chips it originally called for, but you can use chocolate chips, regular M&Ms, the Milk Chocolate Mini M&Ms or whatever you like. Play with the spices too.

Steps:
- Cream the butter, shortening, sugar and brown sugar together. When light in color add the eggs and vanilla mix well. Next slowly add the dry ingredients. Once mixed stir in the nuts and M&Ms.
- Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly then transfer to cooling racks.

Theese are really good. They freeze very well. They have NO EGGS so are good for those with allergys.

- Sift together flour and salt.
- Cream butter, gradually beat in sugar and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients a little at a time; blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Form dough into 1" balls ;place on cookie sheet and flatten in to 2" rounds with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
- Bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes. (just browned on edges).
