1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 (16-ounces) can Hunts® Manwich® Bold Sloppy Joe Sauce
4 (15-count each) packages Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
1 (11-ounce) bag coleslaw, prepared

Steps:

  • In a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil and heat. Add ground turkey to pan and cook thoroughly. Carefully drain. Add cooked, drained turkey and sauce to pan. Cook over medium heat until sauce is thick, about 5 minutes. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into each shell. Garnish with coleslaw. Serve.

Yield 10 biscuit cups.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1/4 cup each finely chopped celery, onion and green pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated flaky biscuits (10 count)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°. In a large skillet, cook beef and vegetables over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally., Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten to 5-in. circles. Press onto bottoms and up sides of greased muffin cups. Fill with beef mixture., Bake until biscuits are golden brown, 9-11 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes longer.

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ white onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup ketchup
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 pack dinner roll
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
sesame seed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Using a spoon, break up the meat and stir until browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
  • Stir until the meat is fully cooked and sauce is evenly combined. Set aside.
  • Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking pan.
  • Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Place the top of the rolls back on top.
  • Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted.
  • Cut into individual sliders.
  • Enjoy!
