Mint Tzatziki without Dill image

This Mint Tzatziki Without Dill Recipe is a great dip or spread, can be made vegan and gluten free for pitas, shawarmas, or a dip. This blender tzatziki sauce is ready in 5 minutes and is made with simple and fresh ingredients. No dill needed!

1.5 cups plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt (use dairy free for vegan version)
1 cup cucumber (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon (juiced)
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground Tellicherry Black Pepper
1/4 cup fresh mint (chopped)

Steps:

  • In a blender, add the greek yogurt, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Add yogurt sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh mint and the chopped cucumber. Add a little fresh pepper and extra mint to garnish and enjoy!
