4 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
4 hamburger buns, toasted

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, mix MIRACLE WHIP, pickles, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard and dry seasonings just until blended.
  • Top burgers with cheese; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Place lettuce and tomatoes on bottom halves of buns; top with MIRACLE WHIP mixture and cheeseburgers. Cover with tops of buns.

1 onion, chopped

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (such as Campbell's®)

2 cups 1% low-fat milk (I use whatever I have)
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup fresh mushrooms, quartered (or use 1 can drained)
1/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 2 tsp. dried)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix salad dressing and flour; gently whisk in milk until smooth.
  • Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is thick.
  • Set aside.
  • Brown beef.
  • Drain and rinse under hot water to get rid of extra fat.
  • Cook onions and mushrooms until onion is soft.
  • Drain and add back to pan along with beef.
  • Add sauce, basil, oregano, parsley, red wine, worcestershire sauce, and tomatoes.

1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms or 10 ounces fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Add onions and cook until the onions are clear.
  • Add mushrooms, continue cooking.
  • After the mushrooms are warm add the minced garlic and continue cooking on low.

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup water or beef broth

1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
