2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp honey
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil (+ more if needed)

2 oz broccolini (roughly chopped)
3 oz baby bella or oyster mushrooms
2 oz zucchini (julienned)
2 tbsp shredded carrots
Thinly sliced scallions
Chili flakes
